Recently renovated this 2 bedroom/2 bath single story apartment is located about a mile from the beach and only 20 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport. Whether you want to relax by our pool or enjoy the restaurants in Lauderdale by the Sea, we provide the perfect spot with plenty of amenities.
Boat dockage available for our guests upon request! First come first serve.
The Space:
This home is a single level duplex with two units. Juanita's Villa is a 2 bedroom/2 bath, while Diana's Villa is a 2 bedroom/1 bath. Each unit has their own separate entrance and parking spaces.
This home has a SHARED backyard with a pool, tiki bar, and boat dock.
Boat dock that can accommodate a 25 foot boat! Must be requested and reserved if bringing your boat.
If you are interested in renting the entire home (both units) please message the host to see if the units are available at the same time for needed dates.
Our unit provides many amenities including linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, private washer/dryer, Roku TV, outdoor gas grill, and fully equipped kitchen.
