Our host made sure that our stay was excellent and helped answer any questions we had. The house was well-stocked with beach stuff and served our family well. The house is conveniently located just a few steps down the street from a private entrance to the beach. The beach was quiet and family friendly. Would definitely return for our next vacation.

Our host was incredible, great communication and incredibly accommodating. Ron, the property manager, is the best in the business. We really appreciated him! The pool and hot tub are incredible, and perfect no matter the weather due to the great heating controls. The house is literally steps to the beach in a quiet area. Our stay was perfect.

Awesome house, location and response time from owner and manager

We stayed in the house this past summer in June. It was my two kids with their spouses, and their two kids each so my four grandkids. The house was amazing very well stocked very well taken care of and the kids had a blast in the pool. We were very close to the beach Ronnie the house manager is super attentive and everybody was very nice and we had a wonderful stay. I thank the owner and the manager for making our summer a great one. I highly recommend this house

This was a Birthday get together of friends who have known each other for over 40 years, so ages were in our 70's except for one at 45. Consequently, although it rained most of the time we were there, we enjoyed the set up there, each with our own bedroom, and the opportunity to sit and chat.We could have used a bigger kitchen since we cooked a lot and everyone played a part. Additionally the oven and microwave may need some updating soon. Had trouble with the dishwasher, but the property manager Ron was terrific and helped us out. Although it smelled as though the trap beneath the dishwasher may need cleaning out.We also had trouble with the remote for the pool and hot tub, but once again Ron was there to the rescue, then we enjoyed both immensely! Two other notes, the hairdryer in the upstairs primary did not work and the shower in the downstairs primary runs out onto the floor. However, the house worked out so well for us, we all decided we will plan another get together next year!!

Perfect location

We had an absolute blast the location is perfect right off A1A nice neighbors and an amazing owner so friendly! The pool was relaxing and so nice to soak after a long day. House was clean and fresh smelling linens clean and abundant. Would absolutely rent again we even loved the iguanas Running around the neighborhood.

Yearly Family Trip

It was awesome. Plenty of room just a couple minor things but not sure how to share this without thinking its a knock. But it might never get fixed. Very minor. Batteries in some of the remotes and the upstairs sink had trouble going down. Along with the lock box hard to open.Other than that very comfortable and convenient to the Ocean. On those windy days we hung out in the pool. It was great. Thumbs up to Ron. At first thought was gonna be a invasion but far from that. He was very helpful and friendly. Thumbs up. Ten of us stayed there and we had our own space. Like i said very awesome. Thank you and will definitely like to do again. Also the bonus was the Air show going on had a front row seat. Thanks once again. Highly recommend Barges Family
