I have booked this hotel multiple times, in fact it's the only hotel I use in Montreal. Don't book this hotel if you are a posh person who expects luxury and fancy things. "

"The stay was overall decent, but there were a couple of issues that affected the experience. The towels provided had visible stains, which was disappointing and raised concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, the refrigerator in the room made a noticeable grinding noise whenever the compressor turned on—likely due to it touching something improperly. The noise would stop if the fridge was slightly moved, but it was still inconvenient. Addressing these issues would definitely improve the overall guest experience."
