There was ants in the rooms, the rooms were not cleaned properly, hair in the sink, used spit out toothpaste was left on the faucet, the toilet was not clean, did not get the room i reserved. Overall it was a disappointment!

The lady at front desk was very very responsive on smeke alarm beeping needing a new battery and showing us how to work tv excellent service she was very nice

Stayed one night

Pros: The room was nice and bed was comfortable. Conveniently located close to shopping and main highway.
Cons: Clean but price too high for the room. Fix the broken locks
Location: Great location! Plenty things to do like shopping, dining, going to movies and etc.
Overall the stay was okay. Clean but price too high for the room. I can get the same room in Fort Wayne for a lot less price. The exits near the vending machines had broken locks to keep the doors closed at night.

I loved it.

I loved this hotel. Pretty much everything about it. The room we were in, only 2 lights worked but that's an easy fix and the staff paid attention when I told them. The beds are extremely comfortable along with the pillows. I wanted to pack them up and bring them home. I'll be staying there once a year when I go out that direction!

Okay hotel, but don't bring your kids!

My stay was comfortable but I found out later that a registered sex offender is LIVING in room 204. I believe it really questions the integrity of Quality Inn & Suites to agree to house a registered sex offender. I would not feel comfortable bringing my kids to this hotel because of the child molester that lives there.
