In short walking distance to the Convention Centre, Playhouse, restaurants, shops as well as parks and trails! The apartment is completely separate with it's own driveway and entrance. Historic charm with brand new amenities!

A nicely renovated home had everything we needed. We walked to downtown in a few minutes and enjoyed the market and many restaurants nearby.

Great place to stay downtown Fredericton
We booked a week for our daughter's wedding. Check in was easy with an email and non person contact. Property was clean and well kept. Some sundries such as coffee and sugar were there for us. Kitchen dishes, pots and pans were sufficient for us to prepare meals for 3. It was really nice to have a washing machine and dryer in the unit so we could wash clothes half way through week.(with flights now we travel with carry on only.) Living room was large enough for our daughter and family members to come back Friday night. Overall a great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Harvest fest in Fredericton
This was the perfect spot as a base for the Harvest 2022 festival in Fredericton. The space was awesome. The hosts were fantastic. Will definitely book again
