It seemed like our room had previous ant issues. Out entire bathtub and restroom floor was full of dead ants. Other than that the staff were very nice - breakfast was good and convenient!

The staff, breakfast, and hotel room was ok. The biggest complaint I have is that we saw a couple of small cockroaches when getting water from the table and hot water/coffee machine in the lobby. There shouldn’t be anh bugs/cockroaches, and I definitely don’t want to bring any of those home to repopulate. Some small improvements are adding more variety to the complimentary breakfast and to clean up the trash around the parking lot.

I was very disappointed in this property. I have stayed at hotels weekly for work for the last 2 years and this is the worst I’ve stayed at. I met my wife and two young children there for our Disneyland trip for what I hoped would be a good hotel for our vacation. Biggest problem was the state of the bathroom in the room. There was BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE in the shower. The actual room itself was probably 6/10, as the beds were okay with ample storage, but the carpet and chair were really gross. Stains all over the chair and the carpet caked in dirt that you could feel on your feet. As for the breakfast, there just wasn’t much to choose from. The pancake maker wasn’t working, bananas were all brown, bagels hard and dry, and that basically left you with eggs, undercooked sausage, cereal and like warm biscuits and gravy. That said, strictly from the black mold situation in the bathroom, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The toilet overflowed right away and we were stuck in a room with no working toilet because it was too late when we got back to our room. So we basically had to use the toilet downstairs and on top of that I have two pending deposits instead of one, they took two deposits out of my account that still have not been returned.

Got there on Friday night oct 17 front desk lady was rude not friendly too busy texting on her phone and flirting with a customer. when i went into room it was infested with ants was told they dont have another room and they could not refund until manager comes in morning but issue will be resolved the next day. When i get back from Disneyland.got there went to Disneyland in morning when i got back to room at the night still no extra room and ants are still everywhere in room new girl Linda who was at front desk was very nice and call the manager at midnight and got my refund for the 3 days.book another room at 1 am and left hotel would never go all recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.the bathroom had mold on the ceiling
