Nice stay

I stayed the weekend of June 20-22, and everything was very good. The service was excellent. The only thing was the breakfasts, which aren't what they used to be, buffet-style with plenty of variety. Now they're just powdered eggs, frozen pancakes, and the coffee was pretty watery. I don't know if they're remodeling the old breakfast area. I hope to improve that.

The hotel is excellent overall, but I would've liked a 24 hr coffee and snacks area. And bring back the decaf coffee in the rooms for nighttime. I loved the casino!!

Great Family Stay

It was an amaxing stay, all the staff is nice, room was clean. It had a gameroom, two pools 1 for kids and 1 for the adults. Definitely would be back.

During my stay, I found that while the facilities met expectations, the level of customer service from certain staff members fell noticeably short. Hospitality should be rooted in empathy and kindness—unfortunately, I experienced moments where these qualities were lacking. Some employees responded to simple requests with indifference or impatience, which made the environment feel unwelcoming.
