La dueña del Restaurante Botavara debe poner más empleados por turno. En el desayuno solo había uno sirviendo los alimentos, rellenando y limpiando. Para que sea más rápido el servicio para los huéspedes y la espera disminuya, debe colocar 1 para limpiar, 2 para servir, 1 para rellenar, y obvio los que van en cocina.

Esta es la 3ra vez q me quedo con mi familia, camas super comodas, tiene piscina, casino, billar y sitio para comer, breakfast incluido. Me encanta el hotel, es seguro y centrico para ir a visitar area sur, playas, restaurantes o area oeste o irte desde temprano para el aera metro. . El personal muy atento pero tengo una queja, el dia 1 de enero fue un caos total el area del desayuno , son unos abusadores como van a tener 2 o 3 personas para tanta gente. Me daba pena un chico solo sirviendo y una chica rellenando comida, cafe, jugos más limpiando mesas. Me imagino que la 3ra persona era la que estaba cocinando. Ellos hicieron un excelente trabajo, muy amables , atentos y serviciales. Me daban ganas de ponerme a limpiarle las mesas. Por más rápidos que fueran había demasiada gente, el hotel estaba a capacidad. Suerte que la gente era muy consiente y no vi a nadie alterado, todos pacientes esperando en fila por su turno. Gente que ya habian terminado de comer sentadas hablando y gente en fila esperando por mesa, suerte y habia to go para que se llevaran el desayuno al cuarto. Pero como no van atener otra persona limpiando mesas , ayudando a rellenar. Minimo 2 rellenando uno bebidas y otro comida , uno limpiando mesas para que apuren a la gente si ya termino de comer suelten las mesas y se vayan hablar al area de la piscina o frente al casino que hay mesas. Subanle el sueldo a esos chicos que hicieron un excelente trabajo.

Hotel location is convenient if you want to visit south and southwest beaches. The person who did our check in was amazing. She was very attentive. Next day the cleaning staff kept knocking the door even though we were sleeping. Then never came back to do the room. We requested new towels. The lady in front desk told us she would send someone, never provided us the towels. The guy on the night shift at the deli cafe was amazing. One of the best coffees I have ever tasted. Plus my husband loved his music taste (80s rock 😉). My kids and husband did the morning breakfast and they enjoyed it. The parking is a little bit of a hassle since the casino customers take lot of the spaces. Hotel is good for the price. We might consider it another time.
