"When we arrived, only three people at reception at 5:00 so line moved slowly. When we entered our room, I noticed the bathroom had a wet floor in front of the toilet, so I thought that was weird, and placed a hand towel on the floor to avoid slipping. Upon returning to bring our luggage, we both then noticed water was streaming from the ceiling light onto the floor which was unacceptable. We had to return to front desk for another room and repack some clothes to move. At that time, we would have thought an upgrade or a free night's parking, since we paid $200 total for 4 days parking would have been better for our major inconvenience. We were moved from floor 7 to floor 10, BUT also onto the end of the building nearest where a VERY loud rock concert was scheduled for Saturday and Sunday nights until 11:00 and 10:00 p.m. We had to keep the TV on until the "music" ended since we couldn't sleep. Two drawers in the TV stand would not stay closed, which was a hazard to avoid in the dark when my husband walked by it to the bathroom, so I called for a maintenance man to repair it, which he nicely did. The bonus coffee from downstairs was not available from 10-10:30 a.m. because turns out the lady took her lunch break then so we only had it twice during our stay. Since the operator, housekeeping, and maintenance numbers were not available on our hotel phones, we had to call any number to hope for service, or go downstairs to ask for the repairs in person.!! Nice location."

"I didnt like the fact that Barefoot Bar restrooms weren’t very clean or attractive. Also our room cleaner didn’t come at all one day, and she never changed our sheets (once we told her they didn’t need to be changed, but that was just once and she never changed them at all.)"

"Much improved over the previous management. Breakfast was much better, facility was remodeled and cleaner. Staff accommodating and pleasant. I have stated here twice before this, and this time was the best. I just tried to book it again for 5 nights but it was sold out."
