"Spent almost zero time at the hotel. The room is tiny, but it was clean, the bed was comfy, and the hot water worked great. The hotel's best feature is that it's a 2 minute walk from Brighton train station but that's a huge deal. "

"The room was very clean and although it faced a courtyard so the view was not great, it didn't put us off. The seagulls were friendly, tapping on the window! We got the train and it was right next to the station so was perfect location. We didn't have breakfast there. Staff were very friendly and offered to look after our bags on the last day, which really helped! Would definitely recommend. "
