Welcome to Blue Skies, a beautiful lakeside retreat on the east side of Honeoye Lake where breathtaking views and comfortable luxury come together for your perfect Finger Lakes getaway. This spacious home offers a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of room for family and friends to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty surrounding them.

Step inside and find the main level thoughtfully designed for easy accessibility. The great room invites you to gather around the custom gas fireplace, surrounded by cozy seating and large windows framing stunning lake views. The open kitchen features high ceilings, an oversized island, and plenty of storage, making meal preparation a joy. A round dining table sits nearby, ready to host lively dinners and conversations with up to eight guests.

The master bedroom on the first floor features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in tile shower and dual sinks. Just off the living space, a seasonal room with a daybed provides the perfect spot to relax and soak in the lake views, whether you're taking a quiet afternoon nap or reading your favorite book.

Upstairs, you'll find a serene work area with a glimpse of the lake in the distance, ideal for those who need to catch up on emails or enjoy some quiet time. Two additional bedrooms provide restful spaces—one with a queen bed and the other with built-in queen-sized bunk beds, bringing a touch of fun and comfort for guests of all ages.

Beautiful home right on the water!

House was gorgeous! Perfect for my father in law who uses a walker-very accessible! Wide doorways & halls, ramp off back porch to yard, first floor bedroom bed was power adjustable, etc! Only complaint was the tv! Internet is spotty & streaming continually cut in & out

Quaint area but left us wanting more

The property is nice but the lake was overgrown with weeds so there was very little area to enter the lake via kayak or swim. It also had an odor. The hot tub was displaying an error message when we arrived and was serviced the next day. There aren't many places to do a full grocery shopping and most amenities were an hour drive away. We had to ask the lovely neighbors lots of questions about the local area. We could not swim at the nearby public beaches due to blue algae Many of the dishes were still dirty from previous guests, including the coffee pot. The WiFi password was incorrect and we needed to seek out the rental company to retrieve the correct one. The room designated for younger children did not have any window coverings which made it difficult to put our little ones to sleep. Overall, the place is well kept and it is spacious. It's on a quiet corner of the lake and we enjoyed the fire pit and patio. I provided three stars as it was a reasonable trip but unlikely we'd stay again.

Beautiful home and location

Our family stayed at the home for a long weekend. There are a few suggestions to make the stay even better for future renters: - dog hair on the couch and area rugs - I am not a pet owner (allergies), so I am overly sensitive to it. - detail in the listing - I had some questions, and while the person I spoke with had a very kind and helpful demeanor, they did not have any first hand experience aside from what was in the listing. There are a few things that it would have been helpful to know if I were to consider this space: Grill - the listing states it's a 'BBQ grill', but doesn't specify which type (charcoal, open fire, propane). It is propane. Coffee maker - it is a drip coffee/Espresso combo machine that takes cone shape filters. No Keurig. Dock - while the listing agent told us we'd have use of the boat lift, we did not, there was a boat in it already when we arrived. A/C - we stayed during a very hot week, and the A/C was programmed considerably cooler than what was comfortable for some. We were able to manually adjust it, but it kept "fixing" itself when it hit certain times of day. Ability to override would have been nice. Arrival - it was tricky to figure out how to get the door code for arrival. You have to create an account for Finger Lakes Premier Properties, and the code is on the listing page. There isn't anything that I saw directly sent vs. having to go look for it. Despite the above, the home is beautiful and spacious, and we very much enjoyed our stay.
