Pets: We accept up to two dogs or two cats for a nonrefundable pet fee of $200 per pet per stay with a maximum of two pets. An undeclared pet will result in a charge of $400 per pet. Dogs must be older than one year. The guest is responsible for cleanup of all pet refuse. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Pets are to be treated with a topical flea and tick repellent three days prior to arrival. If damages are caused to the premises or furnishings this will result in a damage charge to your account. Pets should not be left unattended for an undo length of time either indoors or out. Pets should not be left unattended on the deck, patio and lanais. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside the gates of the property. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. All pets entering Hawaii must meet strict state requirements.

Security Cameras: For guest safety and property protection, this home has two exterior cameras located at the front door entryway and the front yard/walkway area. Cameras are outdoor-only and do not monitor any interior spaces.
