The hotel staff were friendly throughout our stay! We arrived early and they tagged our bags until we returned to go to our room. Our room was clean and looked out on the ocean. We even had a rainbow to wish us luck on our last morning. The hotel is near the primary street along the Waikiki Beach with access to walks, restaurants, stores, and tour guide stops. Very convenient.
