I am so glad that I chose to stay in this studio apartment. The hosts are very nice and helpful, and always responded immediately to any questions I had. It is so spacious that it really is much more like an apartment than a hotel room. Everything was very clean and nice. The lanai is also very spacious, and includes many chairs and a table. I spent a great deal of my time in Hawaii on the lanai, since the view of the ocean is spectacular. Being able to watch the Hiltonâs Friday night fireworks from the lanai is also a bonus. The kitchen has a nice modern oven and refrigerator/freezer, and all sorts of plates, glasses, utensils, cookware, and small appliances. The bathroom is large, with plenty of shelf space for storage and a really nice shower with great water pressure. The lighting throughout the apartment is attractive and ample. Windows and sliding glass doors make up an entire wall of the room. The air conditioning works great, although for much of the time I stayed cool enough just using the table fan. This may seem like a small thing, but there are also lots of outlets, so you are always near a place to plug in. The Ilikai is a nice hotel with a huge courtyard with large rock water features and lush foliage, and a great place to watch the sunset over the harbor. The room and the hosts exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this apartment!
