The Space:

High above Waikiki, soft trade winds drift through the lanai as the city hums gently below. Mornings begin with light spilling across the skyline and mountain silhouettes in the distance, while evenings settle into a calm rhythm of glowing city lights and a quiet breeze through open doors. From this elevated vantage point, everything feels both connected and comfortably removed.



Sleeping arrangements

This high-floor condo sleeps up to 4 guests and offers a flexible layout for relaxing stays. The bedroom features a king bed, separated from the living area by a sliding panel door that provides privacy while maintaining an open flow. Room-darkening shades, cotton linens, extra pillows, and closet storage support restful nights. In the living area, a sofa bed adds additional sleeping space.



Living space & comfort

Large windows bring in natural light and frame city skyline and mountain views, along with a glimpse of the pool area below. A 55 inch HDTV with cable and fast wifi - 225 Mbps, verified by speed test - make it easy to unwind or stay connected. An Ethernet connection supports video calls or streaming across multiple devices. A window AC unit keeps the space comfortable throughout the day, and the single-level layout with elevator access makes getting around simple.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides a dedicated space for preparing meals at your own pace, with full-size appliances and a dining table for shared meals. Whether starting the day with coffee or winding down in the evening, the layout is functional and easy to use.



Bathroom & essentials

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, hot water, and bathroom essentials to help you settle in comfortably. Towels, bed linens, and everyday necessities are provided for your stay.



Outdoor living & building amenities

Step outside onto the private patio or balcony with outdoor furniture and a dining area - an inviting space for breezy lanai mornings or relaxed evenings above Waikiki. The building includes a shared sauna, along with sun loungers and a BBQ grill. Free parking garage on premises - 1 space - and an EV charger - level 2 add convenience. Paid washer and dryer facilities are available in the building for longer stays.



Location

Set in Waikiki, you are within walking distance of the beach, dining, shopping, and nearby attractions including Kapiolani Park. Beach essentials make it easy to spend time by the shoreline, while a nearby outdoor playground and laundromat offer added flexibility. Long term stays allowed - allow stay for 28 days or more - with self check-in via keypad for a seamless arrival.

Iconic landmarks such as Diamond Head and Kapiolani Park are within easy reach, making the Waikiki Banyan an ideal base for both relaxation and adventure. The neighborhood’s warm aloha spirit and tropical ambiance create a welcoming atmosphere for all.



Getting Around:

Getting around the Waikiki Banyan is easy, with many attractions like Waikiki Beach and Kapiolani Park just a short walk away. Public transportation, rideshares, and bike rentals are readily available, while nearby bus stops connect you to popular destinations like Ala Moana and Pearl Harbor. The Banyan also offers parking for those exploring by car.



Other Things to Note:

✨RECREATION DECK (6TH FLOOR)

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:



• A large heated swimming pool

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground

• A full tennis and play court



Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to May 15, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly.

• Free parking is included (maximum vehicle height: 6 ft). Large SUVs or lifted vehicles are not recommended. The garage is best suited for compact cars and mid-size SUVs.

• A parking pass will be available after check-in. Detailed instructions will be provided once your booking is confirmed. Please remember to return both the parking pass and keys at check-out to avoid additional fees.
