From this 28th-floor corner condo at Waikiki Banyan, you’re elevated above the city yet just moments from the shoreline. The rhythm here is easy - mornings with coffee and ocean views, evenings cooled by steady island air.
Sleeping arrangements
This one-bedroom condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests. The bedroom features a king bed, closet, dresser, and ceiling fan, separated from the living area by a sliding door for added privacy. In the living room, a pull-out sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are included for your stay.
Living area
Large windows frame ocean and bay views, filling the space with natural light. You can relax with the 50 inch HDTV, stay connected with fast wifi - 213 Mbps (verified by speed test) - or use the dedicated workspace in the common area. An Ethernet connection is also available. A window AC unit and ceiling fans help keep the condo comfortable in Honolulu’s tropical climate.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers full-size appliances and the essentials you need to prepare meals at home. A dining table provides space to gather, whether you’re starting the day before the beach or winding down in the evening.
Bathroom & laundry
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and bathroom essentials. Paid washer and dryer facilities are available in the building, with laundry rooms conveniently located on each floor.
Outdoor living & amenities
Step onto your private patio or balcony to enjoy open views and fresh air. Beach essentials are provided for easy shoreline days. Within the building, guests have access to a shared outdoor pool - heated and open year-round during set hours - along with a shared hot tub, shared sauna, shared BBQ grill, outdoor playground, EV charger, and elevator access. Free parking garage on premises - 1 space is included.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.
Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:
• A large heated swimming pool
• Three brand-new hot tubs
• A brand-new sauna
• All new loungers and daybeds
• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
• A children’s playground
• A full tennis and play court
Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.
