The room looked NOTHING like the pictures. The furniture and room was old, dirty, gross . All the lamp bases were rusty. Sofa was stained, fire detector was ripped from the ceiling with wires hanging. Mirror gone from bathroom door and whatever was holding it in there remained on the door. Headboard pealing off and missing in some places. Shame anyone is paying to stay here

Staff is amazing. Property isn't super clean, we had to change rooms because the first had mold. My partner got a little sick from it- it cleared up after a night in the new room. But even the second room had water damage in the ceiling. Still, every staff member we interacted with was personable, kind, and did all they could to take care of us.

The room was definitely sub-par for a Ramada. Felt more like a roadside motel. No matter how long I ran the water in the sink it never got cold. The sidewalk was covered in front of most of the units (on the walk to get to mine) with a slippery green slime. I slipped once when not looking down. Our room was only serviced once in three days with clean towels, etc

Pretty good for the price

Our stay was pretty good. The guy at the counter during check-in was very friendly and professional. Loved the fountain at the courtyard. Our room was very clean. Coffee maker did not work properly but that’s ok because I just went downstairs to get some in the lobby. No breakfast tough ☹️. It was only 8am and no food as promised. Overall, it was a good stay. Thank you 😊

My son is in a wheelchair. We tried to park at the only space marked for handicap parking. There was a new pickup parked in the spot. I told the staff at the front desk. The lady knew who owns the truck and said she would ask him to move it. This person has something to do with the breakfast food in the morning. He did move it but this morning when we went to leave he had parked his truck so close to our van that there was no way for my son to get his wheelchair to access the van. I had to move it so he could get in. There were no indications that his vehicle was a handicap
