The elevator broke down and the front desk didn’t not support. We stayed on the 17th floor and had to go up the stairs with this happening. The air conditioning was good in the room. The room was relatively clean and the view was nice. No onsite breakfast other than a restaurant you pay for.

The staff was amazing when talking to them in person, however I was kept on hold when I called down to the front desk and they never got back to me after 20 minutes so I went down there and my concern was handled. Housekeeping could have done a better job at cleaning my room during my stay... after cleaning the bathroom there were stains on the counter still The tv in my room had someone else name on it the entire stay which I thought was funny Overall the room was spacious and clean (initially) and the atmosphere was amazing and the staff was very helpful and friendly

Extra fees

An extra $100 was deducted from my account besides the $100 already removed upon check-in for incidentals fees. According to front desk "it's the system that automatically does it", so i told them so it's $200 for incidental fees. They said no because as soon as you check out the $100 go back to your account. Then what about the other $100 which are still pending to be returned or deposited back to me.

It has been newly remodeled and is so nice! We went for an Astros game and they even had the hotel lobby decorated very cute for the Astros. We had drinks at the hotel bar afterwards and the decor and atmosphere were wonderful. Rooms were clean and decorated nicely. Absolutely will stay here again.

Hotel was easy to locate. There was construction across the street, we heard the noise early in the morning. Valet parking was convenient. We didn’t try the food or bar. Drinks and snacks from the self service store were very pricey! Two elevators were down, it would take quite a while to go up or down since we stayed on the 5th floor. Staff was friendly. Beds comfy. My complaint with the room is that it seemed it had not even been cleaned before us, there was hair in the carpet and bathroom floor. My daughter and I were there for a concert during the weekday, it was easy to walk to the center, I was too tired to ask about the cleaning when I noticed it late at night. But it did make me feel yucky when I showered, so I had to make it quick! Hopefully, if we stayed there again, it’s cleaner. The room was very modern, my daughter was happy with her trip and our stay.
