I had no hot water for a shower or teeth brushing the two days I stayed. The restaurant off the lobby was locked, a key card lock on the inside to leave the morning I wanted to eat there. A cute little eatery around the corner was great. The homeless came out in the evening, but the area seemed safe

Small room loud noises 👎

The carpet was stained. The air vent would shake when making so much noise it was hard to sleep. Ou room was close to the elevators which was also noisy.

My experience at Head Quarters was great from start to finish. Checking in was quick and easy. The employees were all helpful and respectful throughout my stay. The room had all the amenities I needed and was very comfortable. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants, which made it easy to find a place to eat. I was especially happy that I could check in early by paying a small extra fee — I really wish more hotels offered this option! Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend Head Quarters to others.
