The hotel was great. Unfortunately my room was next to the elevators and the banging of the elevator shaft all night kept me up until around 3am. I messaged the front desk and requested earplugs. The message prompted they would bring them right up. About 45 minutes later around 2:22am I went down to the front desk. The clerk was so nice, he radioed for some earplugs. About 20 minutes later he went to housekeeping to follow up. They did not have any. It was a long restless loud night. Hotel is great, just make sure your room doesn't back up to the very loud elevator

Finally, a restful night

This is the first time in about 3-4 ststs that everything was in working order...AC, shower hot water, strong internet signal. The toilet pressure was a little low, but not a dealbreaker.
