I booked our 2 day stay via Travelocity for 400 USD! When my son and I arrived, they told me that they have to charge 49 USD more for a deposit which I would get reimbursed after 2 or 3 days. This was on March, the 18th. When I checked out, my invoice was for 499 USD! And the ‘deposit’ was not integrated at all in the final amount of the invoice.? Even if they would reimburse me tomorrow the 49 USD, they still overcharged me 51 USD!!

Everything was perfect: location, parking, Breakfast and dinner with drinks, Staff, friendliness, early check in, but… We were near the mechanical room, and sometimes, it was noisy, the fridge was tiny, no freezer, and the vanity area was too small. We stayed there for 2 nights and nothing could spoil our trip.

Excellent value for the price. Consider the fact that each day comes with two meals you wouldn't have to eat out! I would pay 20-30 more than other hotels and still consider this worth it. The staff are friendly than most places I've stayed.

First, the room was good sized and quite clean. The beds were just a touch on the firm/thin side. However, the beds were made up perfectly. The bathroom was quite clean and functional. The television worked perfectly with a good mix of channels, including ESPN. The breakfast was typical for “includes breakfast” type buffets that one would find at any moderately priced hotel. The dining area was very clean. In short, this is a very comfortable, clean hotel, and a very good value.

One night there were a lot of kids in the pool, a bunch of middle school boys and my small kids. The kids were playing and of course were making noises. A staff came down to tell us to keep our kids quiet or another customer will call the police? She didn’t even stay there and observe if my kids were really that noisy. A couple told her that it weren't my kids that are making loud noises, it were the big kids, but she did not bother talking to the parents of those kids. But even though they are making loud noises, kids didn’t go to the pool to keep quiet.
