The room was in excellent condition but there wasn't any hot water in the shower. Otherwise everything else was good including the staff. I would recommend this place.

The hotel was built in a way that noise carried through the structure, similiar to a poorly built dormitory. Our family was going through bereavement and my father in law passed away in that time frame. In a professional way I explained that we desperately needed sleep and ask for refund on the remaining 4 days out of 5. We were promised at checkout a refund, however they renigged, and then to make matters worse we had to fight for 2 days credit while we were under duress which may or may not occur. Steer clear of this hotel, we rebooked with Marriott property and it was like night and day. I expect because of this poor rating they will cancel my 2 days credit, however it’s worth it so others don’t go through this terrible experience.

I’m shocked about this hotel — this is the first time I’ve stayed in this type of complex-style hotel, especially an ECHO Suites, and I’m impressed. I came for Thanksgiving and my 3 nights were great: quiet, everything clean, and the building is BRAND NEW! It has a Buc-ee’s and a CVS right in front — you can’t ask for more. The night-shift lady treated me very politely and helped me with a room request. I would definitely stay at this hotel in Katy or any other ECHO Suites.
