So booked the room and say the charge that would be owed at the property as normal. And I assumed there would be a refundable deposits for any consumables and such. How ever they changed me $35 a night to park in there parking spaces and then tax and fees for that what a joke and a rip off I am Hardly getting any of my deposit back and on top of that they had extremely rude guests that were very loud in the lobby area until 2 in the morning. Very disappointed

The room was dirty had to change twice. Non working pool area, the elevators were constantly getting repairs and everytime the elevators stopped it felt a cable would have broken. The lady at breakfast had a poor attitude after messing up omelet order and blaming it on me.

I rated my stay at Embassy Suites a 3. The staff was very kind and accommodating, but there were several issues throughout my visit. I wasn’t informed that the pool was under construction until arrival, and the plumbing/drainage system was poor even after switching rooms. At breakfast, nearly everything ran out at one point, and some fountain drinks were unavailable. I also experienced slow tub drainage and initially had a clogged sink in the first room. In addition, the elevator doors didn’t have sensors, and they closed in on me before my husband quickly hit the button. Overall, it wasn’t overwhelmingly pleasing, but I also wasn’t completely dissatisfied.

Staff was great, but hotel needs improvement. Most power outlets were not working, shower hot water was not hot enough, mattresses were worn out, bed head boards were peeling off, wet bar faucet completely loose.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean but had some Micheal cosmetic defects that could use addressing. The best thing was the amenities - breakfast included which also had an omelet station, an indoor pool, and it's pet- friendly. We booked mainly for the breakfast, pet allowed and the overall ratings.
