It was Happy Hour when I checked in, and it seemed that they were understaffed to cope with the crowd requesting drinks and food. I couldn't use the Hilton app to check in because I went through a 3rd party booking service. The Hilton reservation number was not made available to me.

I was very unhappy with out stay. Found two huge bugs in both rooms they put us in. Had to call for maintenance to unclog the sink in the bathroom. The refrigerator was not bolted down and almost falling over every time we opened it. Never been at a hotel that didn’t have glasses to drink out of. We ended up checking out a day early after we saw another bug.

Location was great! The hotel was absolutely beautiful, the staff was very attentive and friendly and the complimentary breakfast was amazing!!

Checking in was quick and painless, parking on site. Customer service is amazing. The room is clean and was sanitized to meet the current COVID standards. Highly satisfied with our stay.

I was highly disappointed because the bubbles in the jacuzzi was not working and it temperature of the jacuzzi was not hot enough other than that the staff was great the food was great playing in this southern hospitality that's all I want
