1st of all I haven’t gotten my $50 deposit back. Most of all. We got locked out of our hotel room at 8:00 Thanksgiving night round 8:00. The battery on the door where you swipe the key went out. We waited in the lobby for over 4 hours before they gave us another room. All of our belongings and money was still locked in the other room. We couldn’t do anything. The next day after Thanksgiving they finally got the door open after 12:00 p.m. although they gave us another room we couldn’t change clothes because our stuff was in other room. We was very tired when we finally got our stuff they wanted to charge us full price for another night so that we could get rest before heading back to Mississippi. I am not letting this go

Very clean property with all needed amenities, great staff and convenient location, many casual dining options in the area. Did not try the breakfast so cannot comment. A one off issue (not due to the hotel or staff) was handled showing excellent customer service by the General Manager of the hotel Heather and Expedia customer service. We will definitely stay again at this hotel location because of the above reasons, and will continue to use Expedia also because of their superior and prompt service, and recommend both to others without hesitation.

Nice room, we had a handicapped accessible one with roll in shower to take care of my mom who is 95 and uses a wheelchair. She did find the bed a bit high for her to scoot up on, and the toilet too low. (OK, Goldilocks...). Not much around, they charge $15 extra for breakfast which few if anyone took advantage of. Room came with a fridge and microwave, the latter down quite low (the safe was at floor level). It was easy to get and out of the hotel itself with a wheelchair. My only real issue was just keeping the door to the room open when wheeling mom in and out, there was no latch or catch or magnet to hold the door. But I needed that handicapped accessibility and that is the main reason we chose this hotel.

The overall condition of this hotel is quite disappointing, especially considering its location and price point. The entrance area feels extremely dated and poorly maintained – it was visibly dirty during our stay, and there was a persistent unpleasant chemical-like smell, possibly from guests vaping right at the main door. First impressions were not good at all. Housekeeping is another major issue. The hotel claims to refresh rooms on alternate days only (not daily), but even this limited service was unreliable. During our 3-day stay we had to chase staff multiple times to get the room cleaned and towels replaced. It eventually happened after repeated requests and some frustration, but it should not be this difficult. In summary, the property feels neglected, and the service is inconsistent. We expected much better basic cleanliness and responsiveness for the rate paid. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel in its current state.
