Had the worse experience. I booked for Friday 5/28-5/31. Due to airline delays my flight got rebooked for 5/29. I called on 5/28 and spoke with front desk staff and told them my flight was delayed and they had to rebook my flight and that I will be checking in on 5/29. Front desk staff said they will put a note on my account that I will check in the am. I get there on 5/29 and Amber or maybe Ashley her name reported they sold my room and were fully booked. I asked to speak to manager and she said he’s not available but called on phone and said he said there’s nothing they can do. They said they saw my note on account but it didn’t matter. She was very rude and dismissive. Will never return and I advise others to not.

Checking in was awful the system was down when we arrived & mind you we got there 12am the receptionist told us the system was down & there was nothing she could do so I ask her could she give us our room & do paperwork n the morning cause we just was on a plane for five hrs we are tired she told us she can refund us our money cause the room was already paid for mind it was going to take a few days for the refund to get to us & if the system was down how was she going to refund our money we in a new City with nowhere to go and this receptionist wasn’t trying to help out or show sympathy we argue with this receptionist for an hour before we got our room. On the other hand the security guard she called on us seen it our way & he kept apologizing and it wasn’t his fault but we appreciate him for showing compassion for our situation

The only problem we had, was getting into our hotel room. After having our cards reprogrammed to open the door it still didn't work. We had to go downstairs a 3rd time and the sweet bell man came up to open our door with his master key. Other than this, hotel was clean and staff was nice. :)

This hotel was very nice and clean and cozy,quiet and the staff was very efficient and friendly and the prices were emmaculate considering how fancy the hotel was

Left hungry.

Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: Give customer what is advertised
Check in good. Hotel and room as pictured in advertisement. Employees amiable. Unfortunately, no breakfast, which is one of reasons that I chose this hotel.

comfortable and affordable

The only detail I saw was that the carpet in my room had a spot that looked as if it was burned by an iron and the rug at the entrance of my room was worn down. All other aspects were great. Clean, comfortable and affordable.

The second room was great

Pros: Clean and comfortable
Although the entire hotel is non-smoking, the first room I got reeked of cigarette smoke. I immediately asked for another room, and the lady at the desk quickly and cheerfully put me in a room that had not been smoked in. Five minutes later, her manager called the room to verify that it was acceptable. So four stars for facilities and clealiness because of the first room, otherwise five stars.
