What I liked about my stay was peace of mind & security with leaving my belongings on site. The paid parking made me feel better about the safety of my car. Upkeep on furniture & fixtures could have been better, but nothing that would stop me from staying in the future.

This is a huge hotel but not completely updated and they tried to charge us for parking at a rate of $10 dollars a day but they clearly had a sign that said parking was a courtesy to the guest of the hotel. Would like to know who was just pocketing the fees to park. Other guests were smoking Marijuana in their room across the hall from us with children in the room with them. Did let the woman know that was going on at the front desk several times. I don't think we can honestly recommend this hotel to anyone! Yes the employees were friendly!

This was my first time to TX and absolutely loved my stay at the Grand Tuscany. Will definitely be returning to try out their infinity pool! Staff was so nice and helpful. My only qualm is that we either needed a bigger/extra trashcan for our room but alas we made it work so it was okay. All in all, I will be returning!!

The beds were dirty, the shampoo, conditioner, and soap bottles were empty, and the toilet paper had already been used. It rained for about 2 hours, and in the restaurant/cafeteria the water was leaking and running all over the floor without any warning or safety signs, which was very dangerous for guests. The service from the staff member who attended us was very poor. We reserved 4 rooms and spent around $700 at the restaurant for dinner alone. To make things worse, one of the rooms had no working air conditioning, and they were not able to move us to another room until 10:00 PM. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience

Parking is not free even though you reserve to stay. You have to $10 a night to stay parked at the hotel you already paid for. Breakfast isn’t complimentary and it’s pricey for what they serve. Better to outsource for breakfast. Also no fridge in the room and microwave is only in the lobby. But overall cleanliness is a very clean hotel.

We received housekeeping services on our final day (we were there 3 nights) but the beds were not made as you would expect. Rather, they sloppily threw the sheets and covers over the pillows (barely). They did not vacuum. But at least we got clean clean towels. Don’t plan to stay here if you’re looking for a quiet weekend getaway.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for our anniversary and we enjoyed it. Our room was nice and clean. The staff were also helpful. The only negative I had was that the gym wasn’t that big and there wasn’t any place in the hotel to get water like a water fountain or water dispenser.
