I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at Hampton Inn & Suites. Brooke at the front desk provided exceptional customer service—she was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, all with a warm smile. The hotel overall was clean and well-maintained. Our room was spotless, everything was in working order, and nothing was broken or out of service. The shower had plenty of hot water, which was a pleasant surprise after previous stays at other hotels where the water barely got lukewarm. The location was also a major plus—situated in a safe neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and HEB. If I had to find one area for improvement, it would be the coffee in the lobby, which was consistently cold both in the morning and evening throughout our stay. However, the generous noon check-out time more than made up for that minor inconvenience. Hampton Inn & Suites has earned my loyalty. I’ll be choosing them for all of my future travels, and I sincerely hope every location in the chain lives up to the standard set by this one. With service and quality like this, Hampton Inn & Suites just might bring travelers back from Airbnb to traditional hotel stays.

Great location

Hospitality when I arrived was amazing. She was very informative and nice. Easy access to HEB groucery store. The whataburger next door was not like San Antonio, Tx locations. It was not a good one. The mall close to the location was okay. Easy access to the stores like Barnes and Noble, Pottery Barn and Macy's. Wal-Mart across the hwy.

Had a little Problem when we got our first room . Room wasn’t ready yet as it was unclean . Second room we got was also the same . But the third room finally was good and thanks to the person in the desk that went to go check personally

I have always considered Hampton inn as the most reliable place to stay due to its cleanliness, comfortable bed, and reasonable priced. However, for this particular stay, I was having a hard time sleeping with the bed not having proper support. In addition, I found out there was no spare toilet paper roll early in the morning when I ran out. I called the front desk and was told I had to go pick it up in the front desk and that there was nothing they can do. It was disappointing to hear that considering it’s an emergency.

The rooms were great!! The breakfast and morning staff at the desk were terrible. Coffee was cold and not fresh at 0630 in the morning...orange juice was warm. Went to say something to front desk but they were arguing around the corner and couldn't hear us. Said the coffee wasn't her job.

When i arrived i was told they had overbooked my room selection, which i had already paid in full. The young man assured me he would put me in a comparable room that would still have the two beds and and pull out sofa. I was on an over night stay with my husband and two large teenage boys. I got to the room and no couch. My entire family went back to the lobby where the young man pretty much told me "he didn't know what to do" and i was stuck with that room. No apology, no other options. I asked to speak with a manager and of course not onsite. After speaking with my husband we just decided to stick it out with no refund available and having to be somewhere that evening. We all sqeezed in the tiny room and my large boys bunked up. I understand things happen, but i just wanted what i paid for. Or i should have be compensated somehow. The only brightside to the hotel was the breakfast amd very attentive attendants that were keeping the area well stocked and very clean. I would not recommend this hotel.

The front desk personnel just up and left. There was no one capable of checking in our family members and other guests. Maintenance staff just gave us room keys after we waited so long. At breakfast one staffer dropped a serving utensil on the floor and proceeded to pick it up and put it back on the counter. First four floors of the hotel could clearly hear the bass sound coming through the floor from the ground level party until late at night.
