Great staff! There wasn’t a safe in my room. The room was just ok, not what I expected. I was looking forward to getting room service for breakfast, but that option was not available. Unfortunately, even though the staff is great, I would not stay there again.

There was no free breakfast parking was good and that’s about it. The hotel smelled when we walked in and there was cockroaches in my bedroom when I found and they offered me $100 for the one night but I have to give all my clothes now to the cleaner, I will never go back to that hotel

It was an unpleasant stay. We asked for a quiet area but ended up in a floor where there was a loud party going on. It went past 2:00a.m. Yelling and door slamming at that hour is not acceptable. The coffee maker in the room was broken. Staff seemed helpless. Distracted.

We were told we could not use amenities due to reserving thru Expedia. No water that was offered other guests and no free breakfast, which is for the other guest. If we want to utilize the breakfast they want another 10.99 per person. While the breakfast was literally why we chose this location I would rather starve. We didn’t get a discounted rate for our room, nor is it our fault they are using Expedia for reservations. Hilton has always been a primary choice for us, but this time around I feel like they are treating us like second class citizens. I think this will be our last stay with them.

Yes, the breakfast was good and the parking was safe. Except for the dining manager, the staff was not overly friendly. None of the gym equipment worked properly. The hot tub was not working properly either.
