The room was what we expected, the staff however was not. When we arrived, just after checkin time, we had to wait 10min because the only person working the desk (and possibly on property) had taken a bathroom break. No complaints about bathroom breaks because when you gotta go, you gotta go. But, when she finally did appear, there was no rush to help, no “sorry for the delay”, she was very put out that we were there and had interrupted her afternoon. There is a parking garage on property and we were not told that only one of the room keys was programmed for the garage. So, when we split up to park and take the bags to the room, I ended up with the non-programmed key. I had to back out of the parking garage entrance and return to the desk, just to be told “well, I told you only 1 key would work.” The next morning, we arrived for breakfast 5 min after the scheduled breakfast time since we had an early morning. No food was out and desk staff was no where to be found. We finally rang the bell and woke up the lady (who was supposed to be working the desk) and was sleeping on a sofa in the lobby. We were told breakfast wouldn’t be ready for at least 30min and we could come back later. We left to get breakfast. I don’t usually leave reviews, but when the staff makes the visit uninviting, I feel management should know.

Balcony nice view, variety of breakfast choices. Everyone was really nice. My only complaint is I heard room doors slamming all during the night. The doors shut so loudly. And I just happen to have some loud teenagers in my floor.
