The room was to hot, and the tv was not connecting to the internet. When we try to ask for help one of the front desk told us it was not possible to connect to the WiFi. The next day we call again and they actually send someone to helps us and we actually had a problem.

Nice stay

Nice stay for a quick weekend in Houston for the Beyonce concert! Nice lobby and all areas we visited were clean. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff was really nice. Loved the free parking!

our room 540 a/c did not work and we were unable to be truly comfortable in our room. the tech came and looked at it but no changes really happened. very noisy hallway, and we went accommodated in any way

Love the room the bed and the staff from front desk to the parking lot security at night Feel safe leaving car parked over night not always the case on a trip to Memphis several cars was broken into in hotel parking lot so extra thinks for parking lot security

Hotel staff were absolutely wonderful. Our air conditioning wasn’t working and the staff was quick to send someone to fix it. When that didn’t work they moved us to a different room. The customer service was top notch. Unfortunately the actual hotel left a lot to be desired. Very outdated and in need of some renovations. Our second room didn’t even have a microwave and both rooms had very old bathroom.
