The shuttle to take you around is a blessing,specially if you have to go to any of the hospitals near by the Hotel. Extremely polite and makes you feel better,even when you are going thru a hard spot. Thank you so much for all the care and the extra mile your staffing went thru make my stay amazing. You asked me about check in experience and it was great, they had a wheelchair for my wife after surgery in the nearby medical center. BUT, in the morning the panoramic huge window curtain wouldn’t stay open….no panoramic premium paid for view was available! When checking out, the desk man hardly looked up when told about the problem. No reply, I was surprised…told him maybe they should reduce our room rate.
This is how to manually hold the window shade open, with the cord.
