Disappointing service
Routine hotel check-in but upon arrival to room found the TV was not working and had to wait to be moved to another room seven floors higher. Breakfast was prepaid with our Hotels.com booking, but the hotel billed our credit card and now we have to protest the charge with Hotels.com and our credit card company. At checkout, we were told that two vehicles were on our valet bill. We protested because we drove only one car but were told the valet would confirm and we would be billed for only one vehicle. We were not given a receipt at check out. We are 76 and have traveled to 62 countries and will not return to this hotel again.

Great Hotel
One of the best hotels we stayed at. We stayed at the Disney Dolphin in Orlando the days prior. The InterContinential was far superior.
