Welcome to your mid-century modern nights dream! This unique, expansive, 3 bedroom 2 bath, 2700 sq foot home is your home away from home! Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances including French door refrigerator, gas burner stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Fully stocked kitchen with gadgets and utensils, full sets of pots and pans, toaster, blenders etc. Equipped with a coffee bar, large living room with oversized leather seating and large flat screen TV. Formal dining room with seating for 8 plus a bar counter with additional seating for 3. There is a formal front sitting room with couch and velvet chairs with a large picture window in the front of the house. Dedicated office and workspace area. Outdoor covered patio with outdoor dining table, patio chairs, gas burning grill and hot tub. Equipped for families traveling with children with a crib and bedding, high chair and kid friendly cups, plates, bowls and silverware. Take advantage of our free little library to relax or enjoy all Houston has to offer in this home that is located inside the loop near the Texas Medical center, NRG stadium and close to all Houston's surrounding areas including downtown!

HLSR COOKOFF

We stayed here for the HLSR Cookoff this year. I was worried about the size and if everyone would be comfortable in our group. I was so happy to see all the room and how spacious it was. We are already booking the house again for next year!

Bigger than expected!

This house was beautiful and much bigger than it looks in pictures. I stayed here with a bunch of my friends for a bachelorette party and they were all very impressed with the property. The home had everything we needed and comfy beds. My only complaint would be the smell of the home. But it wasnt a big deal for me.

Such a fun, nice place! So clean and quiet neighborhood and the hot tub is a definite plus! I loved how it was decorated and the communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommend 🙂

BEST LOCATION & SUPER COOL HOUSE - Just book it!

This place is as cool as the pics make it look, but even more spacious. They've included everything you need for your stay so don't worry about what you may have forgotten. The location is so convenient to NRG so if you're coming in for an event, book this place! Avoid noisy, crowded hotels and stay in this super cool house in a fine neighborhood, instead. Host is a great communicator and made booking and check-in easy. We will stay here again for sure and make sure our friends know about it, as well.
