Mini Vacay

My stay was amazing and "yes I would stay here again". The fridge was clean and comfy pillows. Gabriel, the desk clerk was very friendly and informative of restaurants and stores within walking distance. I like that the Galleria was literally door steps away from the hotel. I realize that you can't always go by bad reviews.

The best was a little hard for my taste. And this may sound silly, but from the pictures online I had an expectation of more. The decorating in the room is tacky with cheap pictures. I’m happy w my stay tho. Breakfast was good, and a lot to choose from.

This is an older hotel and needs repairs. Hotel is outdated. The room was pretty clean but lots of cracks in the walls and loud noises at night. This hotel is very convenient and its a plus to be by the mall. I have spent time in other Sonesta hotels and was impressed. This didn't have the same effect.
