Nice soft beds with blankets that feel similar to home. Heavy duty curtains to block out the light, great hot showers and big towels! Wonderful staff, very friendly and they are willing to work with you on late check ins.

How is this an 8.4 rated hotel?

Room was just clean enough. The toilet seat was loose. Hazard for mature guests. The carpet in front of the elevator was torn, another hazard for mature guests. The bath tub spiggot was turned to the side. The ultimate insult was no coffee in the lobby, one packet of decaf in the room, and when the front desk was asked, I was given two small packets that didn't work with the coffee maker in the room.

Hands-down, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at in Houston the staff is very friendly very nice. The night auditor is amazing. He is truly a fantastic service individual. The rooms are clean. The housekeeping is fantastic. Honestly, I’ll be staying here every time. I’m in Houston.
