Took my family for ONE night for my kids spring break, picked this hotel based on their pool an hot tub advertised. Both the pool an hot tub were closed the whole time we were there. Thinking maybe the free breakfast would make up for the inconvenience but it was not good, bacon was like paper bits and gross and eggs were very peppered. If it wasn't bad enough for that, the room had 2 towels in it and no couch linen even though room was reserved for 5 people. The couch bed was old, uncomfortable and covered in pee stains. The entire hotel reeked of pot. We also got charged $5 after check out for who knows what. I would never bring my family here again. Also because we reserved on Travelocity they said they could offer us nothing to compensate for the stay unless we had been Wyndham points reward holders.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The AC in our room wasn’t working, and the moment we opened the door, there was a strong urine smell. On top of that, we saw roaches in the room. Completely unsanitary and unacceptable. We asked for another room, and they refused to accommodate us. The front desk staff was in a bad mood and showed zero concern about the situation. To make things even worse, they don’t want to give us a full refund after all of this. That’s unbelievable. Shame on this hotel. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

Room given had broken a/c. Had to move to another room. All common areas including halls were very very warm to hot. Guess that a/c didn’t work either. The one elevator on site made horrible sound going down, even with vibration. And of course elevator was hot. On third day, no one would ride elevator believing they would get stuck. So guests had to use stairways including luggage checking in & checking out. 4th day was a repeat of day before. We are an elderly couple so the elevator being out was hard for us. Front desk could not even tell us if elevator co had been notified. It was waiting on hotel maintenance & hotel mgr. to come in to address the problem since the 3rd day we were there. Also we visited the bar/sandwich area one evening. Had to have front desk wake up cook sleeping in booth on back wall. Checking in there was not a luggage cart available. Per front desk it had not been returned from an earlier guest. I’d like to recommend your hotels have a minimum of 2 carts. We had to roll our 4 pieces of luggage to room. The room was most satisfactory, along with the amenities of refrigerator, microwave, & coffee maker. Only got to taste the pasties at breakfast buffet, but were very good. Missed buffet other mornings because it closes at 9am. Most other hotels I stay are open until 10am. The location was good & safe looking.

Had to change rooms 3 times. Put us in a room where someone else already was staying. 2nd room freezing air wouldn’t turn off and door didn’t lock. Food wasn’t good, hamberburger was bun and meat nothing else. Spa and pool were closed for maintenance. Sofa bed was horrible.

The lift will sooner or later crash in that hotel. It has been the same for five years. It sounds very dangerous. Most people take the stairs to avoid using it get it fixed. Beds were not made on a daily basis. Bathroom was cleaned. Air-conditioning was nonexistence throughout the hotel check this with the number of customers gymnasium was like a sauna. I do not blame the staff. I burned the lack of management in the leadership as you get the staff to do what they’re supposed to do.

Room didn’t have air, they changed us to another room with no air. Was sweating and sticky hot for 3 days. Toilet clogged up on day 2, so a whole day of using the bathroom downstairs. This was the worst experience I could have ever had. I will never go here again or book with Hotel.com because I can’t reach them to advise of the 15 percent discount they said I would receive so now what. Yep I don’t recommend either.
