All of the above. I thought they should have let people know they were under construction. I am handicap & the walk & parking was completely unacceptable. Not to mention employees were worse. They were NOT knowledgeable about their place of employment. Had several request that were never answered. I paid high rates & certainly DID NOT get high rates treatment. Definitely will NOT stay there again. I don’t care who comes there. I will rate this facility on FB 👎

The hotel advertised "Luxury rooms" apparently that doesn't apply to all the rooms. It was far from luxury. 2 adults stayed in the room and only 2 towels. No extras, no lotion, shower gel was empty, no make up remover, no microwave. This was an Accessible room, I will say it certainly was. Very spacious to move wheelchair about and roll in shower.

The smell inside the hotel and casino was horrible, all you could smell was burnt grease from the small cafe's inside. The Staff was great.... we wont return.

They did recent upgrades in the hotel and it looks great. They now have built-in shampoo+ and body wash in the shower. It's always been a great stay!

Worst travel experience I’ve ever had with this hotel. Booked through Expedia and paid in full. Upon arrival they claimed it wasn’t paid. I showed proof it was paid. Even got on the phone with Expedia who verified with them that it was paid. Still refused to put us in a room for almost 2 hours. At this point it was after midnight when eventually they let us into a room, probably because my 15 month old baby was with us in the lobby and I was in tears. So I basically paid for a check in day that I was not able to check in on. They refused a partial refund for that day. At about 2am the power to the entire hotel went out. Bright emergency lights came on in each room. When power was restored all the lights in the entire room turned on and alarms went off. Next day we had to call maintenance because tv remote wasn’t working. Still was required to pay $70 in resort fees for this absolute miserable experience. Never once cleaned our room with a 5 day 4 night booking. Had to flag down service to get new towels. Overall just a terrible terrible experience. Would not recommend staying here!
