"Loved the thermal and cold waters. The facility is very organized. The staff was very accommodating for every request. Room service was excellent. Breakfast provided every option that we would have wanted and very diverse. Check in and out was smooth and inviting. Dinner was excellent. Had the red curry mahi mahi (perfect) and the mixed drink I wanted but was not on the menu was made without question. All of our excursions picked us up in the hotel lobby and could not have been any easier. Would do this experience all over again. "
