Enjoy nights eating dinner outdoors, with a fire going in the fire pit and dinner grilling on the BBQ. This view is warmly invited within the home through the multiple sliding glass doors and over-sized windows in the living room and family room. There is more than enough room for your family to gather with 3,134 square feet to occupy. The newly updated living area houses a sofa accompanied with two chairs and a large flat screen television. If you are in need of relaxation, enjoy the cozy fireplace and the custom tile backsplash. The bar is right off the living area with two bar stools - the perfect place to enjoy making a specialty cocktail for your family and friends. The family room offers a leather couch and chair - perfect for taking in the stunning view only these windows can offer. Enjoy home cooked meals at the dining table for six or choose to have your meals at the kitchen table for six. When it's time to retire, the spacious master suite offers a king bed, large inch flat screen television and an exit to the courtyard. The expansive master bathroom offers a soaking tub, three-panel glass shower, and plenty of cabinets. The second suite offers a king bed, flat screen television, and private bathroom with a walk in shower. There are additional sleeping accommodations with a king bed, flat screen television, and a private entrance to the courtyard and another with a queen sized bed. The owners of this home keeps a covered vehicle in the garage for their use while in town, so there is only space for one additional small vehicle in the garage.

LOVE this house

I wish i lived here.The house was just as listed, actually even nicer. The views are so lovely, so relaxing. Wake up in the morning, coffee in hand and sit and enjoy the lake view. So peaceful. The house is fresh and clean and beautifully decorated, a real treat to stay here. Everything works, we used the pool and hot tub, so nice.We definitely want to return next year.

Beautiful Serene Desert Home

Beautiful property with gorgeous relaxing views of the lake from the backyard and patios. Very spacious and clean. Very well appointed and organized kitchen with all the serving utensils and cookware that we needed to enjoy a few home cooked meals. Would love to come back, and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, serene getaway near La Quinta.

Perfect immaculate rental weekend for first spring weekend

Delightful rental. Very well appointed. Everything you could need to entertain and enjoy—even two fire pits. Quiet with a lovely lake view, check in was smooth through the rental company, guard gate and very easy and well laid out house directions and local info. Already thinking of renting again.

Great time in the desert

My wife and had a wonderful stay in this house on the lake in PGA West in La Quinta. Everything was up to speed, no issues. would love to stay longer if they considered pets.

Amazing location and rental!

We have rented many VRBO's and this is one of the few that was better and bigger than the pictures! Love all the windows overlooking the lake. Caught over 20 bass in our backyard. Made Smores in the fire pit, BBQ'd, hit our private spa (spa wouldn't fully heat), and so much space. All my kids had their own room and bathroom! Kitchen is gorgeous and neighbors were very nice. Would rent again.

Celebration Getaway

The property was amazing!! Truly beautiful and super clean which was very important since I had just finished my cancer treatments. The response from the vacation rental company was very quick which was really nice and assuring. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet & peaceful

This house was a nice getaway for my family! It was super clean and spacious. We chose this house because of the private pool. It was nice that you could adjust the temp of the pool as it was super hot outside. There are lights for the pool/jacuzzi so we even took advantage of the pool at night as well. We were able to use the grill outside & the kitchen inside did not disappoint. We did have an issue with hot water being available but management was able to take care of that for us during our stay. The house comes stocked with everything you need. It was great waking up and walking to the back of the house and enjoy the lake view as well. It was extremely quiet which was nice since we live in the city. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Nice Home for Family

We enjoyed staying in the living room to watch movies at night and work at daytime with a beautiful lake view outside. The pool is a perfect size for my 7-10 years old kids to swim safely. Well equipment kitchen so we can cook delicious meal.

Beautiful Property

Absolutely Beautiful Property. Although from the outside the houses all look the same but once you walk through the gate it is very pretty. They obviously did improvements recently and their decorator did an amazing job. The beds we used were very comfortable and the neighbors were quite. A little disappointed with the WIFI & Cable not working when we wanted to have our Movie Night and the emergency contact not responding in a timely manner about it but we just didn't let it ruin the night and did something else.
