Welcome to your desert oasis, a luxurious 4,000 sq. ft. retreat with breathtaking western views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. This stunning home, located on the 6th tee box of the prestigious Greg Norman Resort Golf Course in PGA West, features four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, offering panoramic vistas of the mountains and fairway.

As you enter through a private gated courtyard on this corner lot, you'll enjoy complete seclusion from the outside world. The home showcases retractable glass walls along the entire back, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living spaces. You'll find a Life Source water filtration system providing pure water throughout the home, including the pool.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s delight with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dual ovens, a microwave, dishwasher, and an 8-burner gas stove. The expansive island with seating for five is ideal for socializing while preparing meals, and there's additional seating for six at the kitchen table. For more formal dining, the separate dining room accommodates ten guests.

The open floor plan allows for easy relaxation in the family room, which includes an oversized sectional sofa, a fireplace, and a 70" HDTV with Roku and Apple TV. The bar area, featuring seating for four and a Margaritaville Margarita Machine, is perfect for entertaining. Both the family room and kitchen open up to the pool area through retractable glass walls, bringing the beauty of the outdoors inside.

Unwind by the tranquil saltwater pool and spa, which includes a waterfall and a built-in tanning shelf. Relax under the covered patio with misters and an outdoor living room, or enjoy the evening by the outdoor fireplace. The outdoor space offers ample seating with six chaise lounges, multiple umbrellas, and a built-in natural gas BBQ. Additional seating and a grass area for games are available in the side yard.

Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, and two bathrobes are provided per bedroom. The master suite features a Cal King bed, a fireplace, a spacious seating area, and patio access with views of the fairway. The master bath includes a walk-in shower with dual showerheads, dual sinks, a vanity area, a large soaking tub, and an oversized walk-in closet.

Bedrooms 2 and 3, located on opposite sides of the main house, each offer a Cal King bed, a walk-in shower, and two bathrobes per room.

The detached casita, accessible from the courtyard, includes a large sitting area with a pull-out sofa and a TV, plus a fourth bedroom with a Cal King bed and its own en-suite bathroom.

Additional amenities include a laundry room with a washer, dryer, ironing board, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets, as well as another set of washers and dryers in the garage. The garage also contains an extra fridge. In addition, Moulton Brown bath products are in all bathrooms.

Our family (4adults) rented this property for the finals weekend of the Indian Wells. tennis Tournament. The house was in perfect order, kitchen well stocked with utensils, dishes, glasses and cookware. The floor plan is fantastic and all bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and are separated from each other so there is alot of privacy. The great room and kitchen are very large and perfect for entertaining! We’d rent again for sure!

Terrific private home with great views of golf course and mountains

Our family stayed for a week and enjoyed this well equipped home with lovely pool, spa and views. The home was super clean, very large and functional. Our group of three couples had plenty of privacy and also enjoyed the large and comfortable living spaces. The view of the mountains is spectacular. Very comfortable bedding and beds too!

Thanksgiving 2022

Beautiful home with lots of room. View of mountains and greenery gorgeous. Loved sitting out in evening watching sunset with outdoor fireplace. Beds all very comfortable and quiet. Light does come in master if you like it dark. 2 washers nice with using the hot tub and pool daily we used them both. Big sectional great for watching the World Cup on big TV a plus. Lovely dining room for Thanksgiving dinner and lots of seating around bar and kitchen table for playing cards and games. So many dishes and cooking utensils everything we needed and more. Casita very nice and works out well for privacy and work. This time of year lots of tree leaves getting into pool and spa. But we enjoyed anyways. Easy to work with booking and home manager. Probably best home we have stayed in La Quinta!

I loved everything about it EXCEPT the Spa not working past 6pm. Don't think they want you outside disturbing the neighbors. It was very disappointing. Other than that the property was gorgeous.

What a fabulous stay!

This house was perfect! It had everything we wanted – a beautiful house, in a great location, with a fantastic pool, and to top it all off, a great house manager - Natalie! We experienced our very first HABOOB (for those of you who don’t know what this is, it’s a sandstorm in the desert) and the city of La Quinta lost power for a couple of hours. Natalie was more concerned about us being without power than we were! 😊 We watched the storm while enjoying a glass of bubbly and once power was restored to the house, we returned to the pool! We highly recommend this house as it was clean to the corners, 4 full bedrooms each with its own ensuite, a large kitchen with every gadget possible, very fast wifi, and beautiful pool backing on the golf course. The trees and shrubs behind the pool are beautiful and give you all the privacy you want, but still able to look at the course. The house backs on to a tee box so you never have to worry about stray golf balls flying near the house. We’ve rented 6 beautiful houses in the area in the past, but will definitely return to this house again - hopefully next spring. It was absolutely wonderful! Thank you to Natalie and Lara for a great 10 days!

Couples Getaway in La Quinta

We were four couples looking for a wonderful place to celebrate four milestone birthdays!! First of all let me say how difficult it is to find a VRBO with four king bedrooms w ensuite baths so was thrilled to find this gem on the PGA golf course in La Quinta. The layout of the house is perfect, the living area and kitchen are huge and the outdoor patio/pool area is beautiful!! The 8 of us spent a lot of time hanging out and relaxing and had more than enough space. We had a chef come in to prepare dinner one night and grilled a couple of other evenings. The guys golfed every day and the girls played tennis and pickleball at the La Quinta resort which was very accommodating. The location is good but a rental car is probably a good idea as most of the restaurants/activities are a minimum of 20-30 minutes away - closest grocery store Ralph’s is 4 miles. Communication with Lara was excellent and the on-site property manager Natalie welcomed us with a cold bottle of wine and a brief walkthrough. The house is nicely furnished, beds are comfortable and kitchen well outfitted - coffee/filters and pods were provided to get started. :) The pool and spa were heated when we arrived and easy to maintain throughout our stay - nice that this was included in the rental fee. No negatives but will say that even though there are four king bedrooms, not all of them are of equal size or comfort if that matters to your party - just refer to the pics. Would highly recommend this beautiful well-maintained property in La Quinta!!

Great house with plenty of indoor space. Nicely furnished. Outdoor area is fantastic as well

One of the easiest rental experiences we’ve had. Property Manager was on top of prepping the house and easily accessible. We weren’t given a laundry list of things to do upon departure, which is something we’ve seen before. Overall a GREAT experience for us and we do this type of travel frequently. Highly recommended!

Fantastic place to stay in La Quinta

The house was perfect for our group. It was very clean with plenty of room to spread out. The pool/spa/backyard area is even nicer than the pictures portray. Natalie and Lara responded quickly to any questions we had and also set up the house to make us feel very welcome upon arrival.
