The house has a great indoor-outdoor feel to enjoy that Las Vegas lifestyle. A large back yard perfect for relaxing by the pool!

The Property has security cameras placed in the front area, and in the back pool area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons for everyone safety and security. In no way this infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
Only 10 people is allowed on the property including vistors.


Also, there are noiseaware installed in the back of the property in placed to inform use of any overly loud noises that would disrupt of neighbors.

Important the pool is not suitable for unsupervised children, there is no life guard on duty. There are pool alarms on the patio doors which can be turned off and on. By accepting this booking this is a liability waiver of accepting full responsibility.

There is no weekend pool cleaning. The pool will be cleaned on Mondays only, if the pool is dirty due to the weather please inform the host and the pool will be cleaned the next day buisness day. Landscaping service is also on Mondays no scheduled times for either services.

Please confirm in 7 days in advance if you will be needing the pool or tub heated, each is heated by propane gas and it requires a company to fill up the tank, if we do not get advance notice this service can not be provided for you at the last minute. The cost is $125 a day minimum of 3 days to heat the pool only. To heat the spa only is $100 a day minimum 3 days. Please understand both pool and spa is heated by a tank of propane which is only 80 gallons. 80 gallons of propane can be used up 1-3 days with continuous running to heat the pool, and it also depends on the weather. Guests are not allowed to touch the pool equipment unless instructed.

*IMPORTANT: Pool equipment can only be operated by host, please confirm in advance regarding the use of the jets,guests is not allowed to operate unless instructioned too! There is a fine of $100 a day if the equipment is touched.
As soon as the heater is turned on is when you are being charged this fee., even though it will take a day or so to heat, the cost is the price to use the gas/heated.

IMPORTANT: Green and white towels are only allowed at the pool!!!

Fireplaces are non working, it's just part of the decor!

Also, there is a gas grill available, with a gas tank, if the gas tank is empty during your stay there is a local gas station to refill and we will reimburse you, just please send us a receipt.
