I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of options. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only downside was that the room temperature was a bit hard to control, and it felt a little cold at times. It wasn’t a major issue, but improving the heating system would make the stay even better. Overall, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again.

We had no heater in the room. All rooms were full so they couldn’t put us anywhere. They didn’t offer a discount or anything we had to ask for extra blankets so needless to say we didn’t sleep in the other room. It had a heater but no thermostat so it was 100° in that room and that person could not sleep and that triggered their dementia. So absolutely horrible. Would never stay there again.

The front desk staff was not friendly or informative. I overheard another staff member explaining to another guest about the $75.00 hold on the credit card. I was not informed. I felt like i was bothering the staff just by checking in. The hotel itself was clean and the rooms were big.

There were about 6 people that I could see running the whole hotel, which could be the biggest problem. They were all working very hard and they were extremely helpful and friendly. However, on first notice, was there was a hair clip under the sink area in the bathroom. No vacuuming done lately. I had paid extra to bring our puppy along and he had made a small mess so I grabbed a towel to clean the floor. More than puppy mess came up! It looked as if this floor had never been mopped! Disgusting filth. It made me wish I hadn’t taken a shower in the bathroom. And I wondered about the linens. I will probably not be returning.

The room and bathroom are in need of a renovation. The bathtub was stained brown. The shower head sprayed water out to the side because there was a leak. There were stains on the wall in the bedroom. It overall felt dirty. The staff were friendly.

The bathtub was unclean. Mold on one area between bathtub and wall. Caulking around tub was done poorly, smeared on wall and on tub, so not exactly in groove between wall and tub. Bathtub itself had some kind of marks on bottom, but not clean looking. Room 325. Will not book a La Quinta again.
