I was not impressed with the 2 Queen room. The bathroom lock was broken, the second queen bed did not have a comforter, and the hanging closet was rusty and dirty. Overall, the room was not up to the standards which meets fundamental cleanliness which made the stay not pleasant at all. Unhappy with the experience.

Great area. Quaint, cottage-like feel. Extremely low hassle booking in. You get the door code sent to you just before the reservation. This is my second time in two weeks. It’s a great rendezvous point for family on both sides of the border. Clean. 9 & 10 would be great for adjoining rooms. Great stay again. Thank you.

Wasn’t sure about the baseboard heating, but it was a lot more comfortable than the hotel we stayed in the night before which was either hot or cold. Wish it would have been a little warmer to sit outside in the yard and enjoy the lights.

The access to the property was instructed clearly. We bumped into the manager later the night while accessing the room and she was super friendly! She helped us a lot with local eatery and caution around the city! The room was compact. Microwave and coffee machines are accessible in the office 24/7. There are tables and sitting arrangements outside the property that we used to do our dinner and brunch picnic style. Overall we rested good after a long journey! We are definitely coming back!

The sheets are yellow. The room STANK of potpourri. The staff did not respond to Expedia messages. The hot water was on and off the whole weekend. Unfortunately this trip was atypically bad - normally we have a good experience here. It seems there is new management. The only thing that improved this trip was the layout of the main office and at least that was clean and organized.

Location is good with walkable dining options including lake view. Parking is not a problem. They can do much better in the unit. Towels and sheets were disgusting. Stained and dirty-looking. Additionally, the sheets were so wrinkly you would wonder if they were freshly changed. There should be a screen door so that tiny bugs don’t go inside as you walk in the door. If you’re a big person, be aware that the shower stall is about 3x3 sq foot.

This property was vey unique! It was close to the river and on the out skirts of a small town. We never met the owners or staff. Everything was done online. It was a little tricky for us senior adults but we figured it out! We would stay here again!

No issues with parking, everything worked in the room, fridge was nice and cold. Walking distance to food, river, and artpark which has something going on all summer. The room I had (2 queen) was a little small but we were out and about so it didn't matter.

Wonderfully quiet area with plenty of restaurants and bars with entertainment in easy walking distance. Parking is in front of the property. Properties are a little aged, but well maintained. Linens and towels are of wonderful quality. Very happy to have found this place on Expedia. We arrived the same day I booked so I did not receive the email with the code to access the room, but it was an easy call to receive that. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Loved our stay at Riverside. It was very clean and we loved the kitchenette. I also loved the restaurant and park right across the street it’s not fancy it fit our needs perfectly. Rooms 9 and 10 are behind all the other rooms, so it took s a few minutes to find our room, #9.
