Couldn’t have been more perfect. The service and attention to detail were impeccable. My room was spacious and thoughfully designed. The bed was very comfortable and I have to mention the sheets and towels smelled amazing. The breakfast has a lot of options, very well done. My stay here was pretty much perfect. The staff were friendly, attentive, and gave five star service. My only note here is that the Uber drivers dont come at the front of the hotel, the street is considered private and tables from restaurants nearby block the drive way - so you have to consider walking to the end of the street to get your ride. Still very near, about 30 seconds walk, just something to consider if you have luggages or disabilities. Other than this, this hotel is perfection - if I come back to Lisbon, i will stay here again.

Hotel was centrally located and in a walkable pedestrian area. Breakfast was amazing and all staff were helpful and friendly. Only suggestion would be more soundproofing between rooms.

Great location in old town so could walk to big selection of restaurants etc. Room was good size and shower was great. Reception staff very helpful , recommending and booking restaurants for us. Breakfast was buffet style and good quality with nice selection of fruit, pastries and bread &cheese/ham. Only thing missing for Brits who like tea with cold cows milk as only had Soya. Highly recommend

The hotel is very clean with comfortable beds, great and accommodating staff, and a prime location. There are many restaurants and pastry shops nearby, and we were able to walk to all the historic sites. I would stay here again.

The hotel is relatively new, and kept in good condition. The breakfast was really good and included in our room. The staff were excellent and really friendly. The location is great too and easily accesible to local transportation, ubers and great variety of shops and restaurants. The room would have benefitted from kettle and tea facilities, but otherwise it was spacious and great bathroom and shower pressure. We were provided with complimentary water daily. I would visit here again. The staff hopsitality were especially standout for me.

I’ve stayed at hotels all over Europe and this might just be the best I’ve been at so far. Definitely not the fanciest or most luxurious but just a comfortable and lovely hotel with a committed, nice staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and appreciated. The location was also unbeatable and for a football fan like myself, the Benfica theme was an added bonus. We’ll most certainly be back!

Vi var her i tre netter og er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet som preges av personell som er veldig hjelpsomme med alle praktiske ting. Tar seg god tid til å anbefale severdigheter, restauranter osv. Hotellet holder en høy standard og våre rom var store med god klimastyring. En veldig hyggelig frokostsal med alt vi trengte for en solid og smakfull frokost. Anbefales.

De lo mejor de Lisboa. Moderno, cómodo, bien ubicado, limpio y, en general, muy lindo. Hotel de primer nivel mundial. Ir a su restaurante/café es imperdible, porque tienen el mejor filete de carne de res (famoso en la ciudad).
