This was our favourite property during our 2 week stay in Portugal. The room was huge, with a comfortable bed and expansive bathroom. Loved having the washer and dryer combo in our room. It had an attached underground parking facility with spots reserved for those staying at the property. Check in was great, with excellent support from our host. Would highly recommend staying here. Close walking distance to many sites!

The apartment which we rented in Chiado Mercy was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean and had all the amenities of a vacation apartment. The location was perfect for walking to Barrio Alto and local restaurants. We felt secure walking to some of the monuments, churches and the Time Out Market which are mostly within 3-10 mins of the Chiado Mercy Apartment in Lisbon. Bring your walking shoes and enjoy the culture.

Great location and very clean and spacious apartment. Would definitely consider staying again when back in Lisbon. Only slightly negative would be that garage has very tight parking and locks and keypads on front door and garage did not work all of the time. Also there is laundry but very very small washer dryer combo and dryer did not dry the clothes. Beautiful place and very responsive staff.

My only complaint is that we didn't stay here our entire stay in Lisbon! It was too comfortable to leave! From the check in process with JP, location and amenities provided, all you need to do is bring your suitcase and enjoy. Perfect location and walking distance to restaurants and shops, and a quick uber to other areas in Lisbon. Parking was perfect if you rent a car and it was nice to know it was safe and secure as we walked around town otherwise. The only complaint I have is the washer/dryer combo. Washer works great, dryer is pretty much nonexistent. Tried multiple times on various settings, and it was just easier to hang dry like the rest of the population does any way! Will definitely stay again or book with the same agency at least! A bit on the pricier side, but worth it for a splurge.
