The property was clean and staff professional. Restaurant was good. I was disappointed that I only was allotted 1 coffee pod and 1 water bottle in my entire stay and if I wanted extra I needed to pay for them. I also found the location a little out of the way but the metro was good and I was able to still get around well.

Excellent value - more affordable than trendier neighborhoods, clean, modern, helpful staff. The area felt a little dodgy, however - lots of graffiti, homeless guy. Apparently it's safe enough during the day but extra care is needed at night. Wouldn't recommend the hotel restaurant, but just one block away is "Portugalia" (oldest restaurant in Lisbon, someone claimed), where you can eat well for ~ € 25. A straight metro ride or a 40-minute walk to Chiado and the river.

Not a bad place

The hotel was quite ok for the price point. The staff in the restaurant in the evening were really nice and accommodating. But I have to say I am nearly 60 years old and have stayed in many hotels worldwide over the years but this was the worst breakfast I've ever had anywhere. I don't like to leave bad reviews but just being honest on this point.
