Very clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff very nice! A very good breakfast and right next to metro station so we came direct from the airport. About a half hour walk from the old town but we didn't mind and enjoyed the hilly walk

Had problem with air conditioning and TV. After bringing to their attention were provided with an upgraded room. Only complaint was there is no separate bathroom. Only a curtain separating the bedroom from the shower and toilet.

Nice hotel - disappointing service

Overall the hotel is good, however there was a mixup with my laundry which resulted in the hotel staff deciding not to wash my laundry because they didn’t want to charge me! Not sure why they decided it but there was no manager there to talk about it. It was quite awkward as I was on a longer trip and needed to buy new clothes as I had packed lightly. I’ve included a picture of the strange note I received. Overall the hotel was good, but the service was disappointing

Property and staff were really great. The problem was our last morning when we had to leave early and there was no hot water to shower. I went downstairs to ask and maintenance doesn't come in until 8:30 and we needed to be out by 7:30am

I booked this hotel for 3 nights initially for my daughter. And then the power outage occurred and had to book her 2 additional nights. Her stay would have been great but two female employees at the front desk were very rude to her during her stay. She observed that they were not this way with other guests especially with men. I don’t know if it was because our daughter was travelling alone and was 20 years old, but I was really disappointed and mad at how she was treated. She has travelled to ten countries over the last 4 months in Europe and I stayed with her for some of her trips. Their behavior was uncalled for. They would roll her eyes when she walked up to the desk and would answer her with “What?” And “That wasn’t what I asked.” They were lucky I was not there to put them in their place. My daughter couldn’t wait to check out and just head to the airport early. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. They made things worse and stressful for her during the power outage. When she checked in to the hotel for the 4th night the room was not as clean with garbage on the floor when she walked in.

Pretty Good but might try Somewhere Else

The hotel looked amazing at first but our door didn’t lock on the first night because it was broken, and being 2 females traveling was a bit concerning. Lastly, the soap dispenser was just filled with water and no real soap. Other than that, the sauna was amazing and the working space was great.

Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. The one thing that I didn’t like is that the AC in the room was so warm, it was showing up as 22 degrees even when I tried adjusting the settings. The staff said this is what all the rooms are like. I couldn’t sleep at all, and the bed was so soft that I got back pains the next day.
