Service was very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome immediately--thank you Valter! The room was comfortable and clean, although was a small amount of mold in the shower so cleanliness could have been better. The pool, sauna and hammam were the best part with an awesome view. The gym was good, and we liked the vibe of the restaurant and bar downstairs.

Wonderful modern hotel conveniently located close to the metro. We had a lovely room on the 8th floor with a great view of the city. The spa was awesome too with the sauna looking out over the city too.

Photos and description were accurate, which is always a bonus when checking in, we enjoyed the steam room but we were there for two days and no towels during the entirety of the stay at the pool/steam/sauna. Robes and slipper provided during off when emerging so that was a plus

Nothing. I checked in to the wrong Evolution Hotel. It should have been Cascais. They make it hard to tell how bad this place is. Staff lie to your face about conversations. Follow the tv episode
The roadway into and out of the carpark is a single lane controlled by traffic lights. When they malfunction...you are in no man's land. When the ticket that you collected to get into the car park will not let you exit....
There is an air con switch on the wall. No matter what button I pressed no indication changed. There was gentle airflow coming out of the vents above. During the night the room became too warm for me. The option of opening the window was zero because
Of traffic noise. When I mentioned this at checkout, a staff member who helped me check-in said she told me that the aircon was controlled from the TV. I replied that I didn't remember hearing that. When I was on the road to Cascais I reviewed my
Check in interactions. All was done without and hiccups until I was trying to pay the €29 for car park and hotel tax. Enter female who will help me. We transferred to another check in screen and I paid €4. I said I was wanting to pay for car parking.

Very nice ambient, close to metro, found it to be pleasant albeit it was very tight for 2 people space wise, it didn’t offer much privacy when using the toilet/shower I found some left over toothpaste from the previous occupant/s, throughout my stay, it was never removed from where I found it (in the open shelves) yet it was evidently rubbish.

So its a high tech room. Everything is controlled by a remote or touch. No privacy in terms of an enclosed bathroom behind a door in a separate room. There are literally glass tubes one for shower one for toilet. Mattress needs to be changed it sinks in
