The location was excellent. The apartment was small but very clean and modern. Wifi great and nicely air conditioned. Great for a short stay. However, and this is my fault for not understanding better my booking, it really isn’t for people vacationing but more for a business stay. IMO. There was no personal interaction that saw you as a person but it was run by a set of rules that had no flexibility. There is zero chance of an early check in and only received check in info 10 minutes before 3 pm and then it was emphasized that I had to wait until 3pm. Again, this is their rules and their right but the communication was so abrupt and the tone of the correspondence was dismissive. My second issue is the fact that for a rental for 4 people, they only had 2 juice glasses and 3 very small wine glasses. There was no spatula so cooking eggs was challenging. No amenities like salt or pepper..again, not mandatory but I have been travelling for the past two months and all the VRBO’s have been amazing so this one felt under serviced. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again because of the way we travel but this is an amazing place for those who don’t cook or use the kitchen. The bedroom, as advertised, is two single beds so as long as you know, no problem.

Comfortable and great location!

We had a great stay at this clean, comfortable apartment. It was well located on a quiet street that was steps away from a very lively area and lots of attractions, restaurants, and shopping. It felt very safe considering how close it was to a busy touristy area. It was fun taking the nearby elevator (not the Santa Justa, but the regular one) up the hill to the grocery store and famous bifana place. The washer/dryer and AC worked great. The apartment was spacious enough for the three of us and offered a good amount of storage. I would gladly stay here again.

Worst check in ever

They said to call when we were at the property. Tried regular phone and what’s app but both went unanswered. Was able to get a message to someone who kept asking for a confirmation code which was not the one they gave me. Person was very unhelpful and thought I would need to get a hotel until I thought to send a screenshot of my confirmation. Finally got in. Crazy system and would avoid the company in the future.

What a magnificent stay! The flat is beautiful and is centrally located. You're a short few steps from coffee shops, restaurants, bars, shopping, and landmarks. Huge point for anyone worried about climbing steps for luggage, there are 2 different routes maybe even 3 that are all street level with maybe a slight incline here or there!

Could not have been better, the unit was super clean, efficient and actually very stylish. The location is excellent for exploring Lisboa and surrounding hoods. The apartment presents much bigger than it looks and we had zero problems with 3 adults. We loved that there was an elevator on site. And management was very patient while we searched our junk mail for corespondence.

We loved this apartment. It has great access, its spacious with a lovely and comfortable living area. The bathroom has a big shower and is clean and modern. The area has a lot to offer being only a few minutes from cafes and shops. Chiado is an easy walk as is the designer store on Ave. Liberdade. I would definitely rebook with Feels Like Home - super easy to deal with great communication.
