Unfriendly staff at our arrival started all bad, arrived during a storm and the girl took all the time in the word to open up the locked door they have while all were getting fully wet. Install a door opener if you don't like to service others then. The sign at the property is small an too high we passed by without noticing the entrance at all. The zone is walkable but not the best neighbor. For our one night stay it was Ok but not for longer stays.

Shout out to Helena, the receptionist. She’s very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Flooring in our bedroom wasn’t in the best condition, but overall our bedroom condition was good. I would recommend this place for those looking for an easy access location. Its along Tram Route 28 afterall.

Hotel is close to train station had elevator/lift and the breakfast was great with good staff at breakfast but beside that I would rather pay more and stay closer to Rossi station downtown the area felt unsafe and crowded.we stay there for 5 nights

It was absolutely pleasure to stay in this hotel staff and costumer service was superb just one thing as i came with my two kids i slept in big confy bed with my youngest daughter but sofa bed had for my teenage girl and i think mattress was smaller than bed and she foud little tricky to sleep in it ! The rest was everything perfect couldn't ask nothing more from hotel! recommendig for everyone 100%
