Breakfast was real good, in terms of variety. It was a comfortable 7 nights for me at the hotel. The front desk, restaurant staff are good. But seems like theynare missing security staff which is why I gave 4/5 and not full 5 stars.

The staff was very nice. The distribution of room 503 was very unusual. I informed reception about the cockroach and the smell coming from the shower. I got free transfer to the Airport and a “fruit platter”

Good location but the hotel is shabby

The location of the hotel and the breakfast were very good. The rest of the hotel is past its prime. The carpets were shredded and worn. The rooms were cramped and the bathroom was facing the room so no privacy. Wouldn’t stay again

The staff was outstanding! From the driver to front desk waiting staff and housekeeping they were all wonderful. Easy bolt ride to anywhere across street from a beautiful park and botanic garden. Our stay was absolutely lovely!

Wonderful place! And the pool felt like BATH WATER!!! I read people saying it was a cold pool, not cold! Breakfast was awesome every morning, beautiful presentation and lots of options. Of course, there was some areas of wear and tear, but overall, very clean and well taken care of, modern!

Lovely hotel next to the park in a quiet, walkable area. Housekeeping kept the room tidy each day, and the balcony offered fresh air and a nice spot for remote work. Safe and peaceful location, perfect if you prefer a noise-free stay.
