Excellent stay from start to finish - Great communication with the staff - Always friendly, smiling and willing to help.. Easy 5 star based on this alone. The property was clean and spacious and just like the pictures on the booking page - Little VIP treats left on arrival… Absolutely no issues!! We had a fantastic stay at Residentas Arco do Bandeira. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city and just steps away from metro and bus routes, which made getting around incredibly easy. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and all the cooking essentials. The two-bedroom layout was perfect for our family, offering both space and privacy. Despite being so centrally located, the apartment was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to relax and rest well after long days of exploring. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a convenient, well-equipped place to stay in Lisbon.

This property is is historic itself and is in the perfect location to experience everything Lisbon Center offers. We loved the spacious rooms with awesome views and the staff was extremely helpful. Nice property. Fairly good location. Management did a great job during the country wide power outage. One suggestion would be to include a flashlight and batteries in each apartment. It was difficult to punch in the codes for the doors in the dark while our cell phones were running out of battery life. Washer works great. Dryer is not the best
